Polyvore Collage Day: Black & Gold

Hey girls. I forgot to do my collage for the Polyvore Collage Day once again. My bad! ;)

I'm not sure if anyone saw it, but a post got automatically published from my Polyvore account when I imported a photo for the collage. :/ So uh, sorry if you saw that. It was weird. Haha. I might remove my Blogger account from Polyvore because that's not the first time that's happened!

So the theme for this week was "Black & Gold". I wasn't too sure what I should post... But I came up with something. :)

I chose to show you some of my favourite polishes, along with some that I'm lemming. Actually, I only own one of these. HA!

black and gold

TOP L-R:
Revlon Scandalous (aka Facets of Fuchsia). It's very annoying that Revlon changed the name of this polish. It confused a lot of people. This is a dupe for Deborah Lippmann - Bad Romance. It's a black jelly base with fuchsia glitters!
Deborah Lippmann Ruby Red Slippers. Kind of the same idea as Revlon Scandalous. This is a black jelly base with red glitters. Oh how I wish I owned this one!
Deborah Lippmann Boom Boom Pow. This is a lot of different sized gold glitters in a clear base. I own a dupe for this one from Essence, called Make it Golden and it is super pretty. :)
Deborah Lippmann Forget You. This polish is Deborah Lippmann's Happy Birthday, but in a black jelly base.

BOTTOM L-R:
Butter London The Black Knight. This polish is another black jelly base with a ton of different coloured micro glitter. Very pretty but I have tried to dupe this myself. ;)
OPI Rising Star. This is a discontinued OPI shade from the Burlesque collection from 2010. I wishhhh I owned it. It's more of a copper than gold but in some swatches it leans very gold. It's a foil finish and looks amazing. I don't really like straight up gold polishes on my skin tone, which is why I haven't included any straight gold colours.

Sorry this post isn't very wordy. I'm typing it at 2am. x)

Oohh...I've been drooling over The Black Knight for a while. It's amazing. One day, it'll be mine. :)
