Ulta3 Holiday Glitters Swatches and Review

Hey lovely ladies!
Today I have my swatches and review of the new Ulta3 Holiday glitters! You can see the press release HERE. I am so excited to show you these 6 gorgeous glitters that are perfect for the holiday and party season!

All 6 of these glitters come in a clear base and are packed with small and medium sized glitters!
I'll talk about the formula at the end of the post, as the formula was virtually the same on all of them. :) They were pretty thick, but not hard to apply. They are absolutely packed with glitter but I like that, because some glitters are too sparse and if you want the look that these give, you have to do several coats which makes your nails really thick. I didn't have that problem with these at all! :) They are all really best for layering over top of other colours, but if you really wanted to, you could try to get them opaque with about 3-4 coats. The only problem was that they smell pretty bad, haha. Definitely use these in a well-ventilated area! ;)

First up is Disco Fever* which is a bright red glitter. I think there's 3 sizes of glitter in there but I could be wrong. I layered 1 coat of Disco Fever* over 2 coats of China Glaze Ruby Pumps.

Next is Luck of the Irish*, a bright green glitter. I think this one also has 3 sizes of glitter. This is one coat over 2 coats of Essence Walk On The Wild Side. Very Christmassy!

New Years Eve* is a nice bright blue glitter. I had a weird brush on mine, the bristles were sticking out but it wasn't too bad. Not unusable. :) This one also looks like 3 sizes of glitter. I layered one coat of New Years Eve* over 2 coats of OPI Swimsuit... Nailed It.

Over the Rainbow* is the most exciting of the bunch for me! It's a multicolour glitter! It has red, pink, blue and yellow-ish gold glitter. This is 1 coat over Ulta3 Black Satin. So pretty!

Pot of Gold* is a gold glitter, as the name would suggest. ;) It's a VERY yellow glitter. I'm not sure how I feel about this type of gold, it's so yellow toned and I don't think I've ever seen a glitter this exact colour. One coat over 2 coats of China Glaze Fast Track.

Twinkle Toes* is a regular silver glitter. Believe it or not, I didn't have a glitter like this in my collection! One coat over 2 coats of OPI Number One Nemesis.

Overall I am in love with this collection! All 6 of them are surprisingly unique to my collection which is awesome! I have a lot of multicoloured glitters but Over the Rainbow* is so so so unlike any other multicolour glitter that I own! These glitters are amazing, especially for only $2 each!

These are available Australia wide now at $2ea. (Ulta3's price tag is amazing.) To find stockists around you, please call 1800 181 040.

I love ALL of these!! (Particularly the red and green). Why does Ulta3 have to be only available in Australia!?! :(
